Indoor (Westwood Barn):

Bridal Suite: Makeup station with LED vanity lights and mirrors, comfortable seating and lounging area, mini refrigerator, full bathroom, private patio with Bluetooth connection speakers, flat screen TV with Apple TV for streaming, games, and designated hanging and steaming area for clothing.

Groom Suite: Stylish bar area with large mirror, Comfortable seating and lounging area, full bathroom, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV with gaming system, private patio with Bluetooth connection speakers, games, and designated hanging and steaming area for clothing.

Mezzanine: Upstairs area with beautiful hardwood floor, significant storage space, and access to overlook the reception hall.  Great space to have additional lounging and seating. Beautiful lighting for bridal portraits, intimate bride and groom photos, and photos overlooking the reception hall.

Indoor Bar: Full use indoor bar with access to plenty of counter space, a full use sink, large refrigeration and cooling system, nugget ice machine, and rustic display shelving to suit any need. The bar is topped with a beautiful live edged oakwood counter that makes for the most beautiful cocktail or drink arrangement and provides easy access to all guests. Or simply, a beautiful place to display décor, photos, or cake and food.

Full Catering Kitchen: Full use kitchen with private parking lot for any vendors, catering and bartending staff. Kitchen contains industry grade oven, large refrigeration and freezing system, full sink with large capacity quiet disposal, built in cutting board and preparation station, abundance of counter space, and direct access into both indoor and outdoor venue spaces. The kitchen leads directly into the reception hall for easy serving and features a barn door that can be closed for privacy when not in use.

 

Outdoor Areas:

Grain Bin Bar: Family friendly space with plenty of room for cocktail hour or any outdoor event. This area features rustic wood pub and cocktail tables, custom games, multiple Bluetooth connection speakers, and beautiful greenery, plants, and views, making this outdoor area both beautiful and naturistic.

Lake View: This designated area is perfect for an outdoor ceremony or just to simply expand your use of venue space. With a simple paved aisle and beautiful well-kept greenery and grass, this space allows the opportunity to make it your own. With a background of Lake Juanita, this scene makes for stunning photos and beautiful views.

Outdoor Patios and Seating Areas: Westwood Barn is lined by beautiful paved and covered patios.  With multiple outdoor Bluetooth connection speakers, outdoor ceiling fans,  seating areas, and lighting. The outdoor patios provide a covered and accessible lounge area.  Each patio allows for easy access to the Lake View, Additional Patios, and Outdoor Cocktail Area, Bride and Groom Suites, and Reception Hall.

Lake Juanita Dock: Our dock is offered complimentary with all wedding bookings. Whether you escape for some day-of fishing, or to take more intimate photos, the Lake Juanita Dock is surely one of the most picturesque and beautiful locations.
